Description
Solid skills including CDMA System Design, System Expansion, Channel
Planning,Call Setup and CDMA Protocols, Hardware, Cell Site Configuration,
Antenna Configurations, Duplexing, Repeater Design, System Monitoring,
and Underlay/Overlay Design, Optimization for IS95 upgrade to CDMA2000.
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering; 5 years above experience in RF engineering
(GSM Technology) ; 2 to 3 years experience with Lucent / Motorola
/Ericsson /Nortel /Samsong switching systems; Hands on experience
with CDMA network, 1X experience is preferred.
Solid knowledge of CDMA RF Planning tools and CDMA
measurement/ post-processing equipment /SW. Good command of written
and spoken communication skills and good interpersonal skills within
the work environment. Able to lead team of engineers in the project
by scheduling daily events, developing procedures, evaluating and
reviewing team member's activities and report ,Responsible for the
performance of the team.

Description:
Cell Site Design, frequency planning and RF optimization of GSM
900/1800 network. The work include Site survey; drive test; Collect
and analyze propagation model data and field test data; Fault finding
and analysis; Frequency planning; Optimization such as frequency
hopping & handover algorithm; Develop & manage traffic statistics
and formulas used for forecasting; Documentation and reporting of
findings & recommendations; and Customer Support Services
To perform GSM MSC/HLR data configuration and network
optimization. Some of the duties may include interfacing with Customers
to evaluate and implement new GSM network services; Integrate MSC/HLR
side with the Intelligent Network to implement Network Services;
Support MSC/HLR commissioning, integration, and software.
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering; 5 years above experience in RF engineering
(GSM Technology) ; 2 to 3 years experience with Nokia / Ericsson
switching systems; Hands on experience with GSM900/1800 network,
GPRS experience is perfered.

Description:
Testing and Commissioning of AXE 10 Switching Systems in both Mobile
and PSTN. Duties may include conduct field-testing of ISDN, MSC,
BSC, HLR, TMSC, and GMSC switching systems; Upgrade system Hardware
& software; testing and commissioning of new IOG & APZ;
coordinate switch expansion activities; conduct application system
change and functional change in exchanges; trouble shooting and
system fault identification during trial run or system startup;
Perform DT (i.e. analysis of B-table data, routing case data, and
defining exchange data); and documentation and reporting to Customers
on findings, recommendations, and work performed.
Qualifications:
Certificate or Degree in Electrical Engineering, 3 to 4 years experience
with Ericsson/Nokia GSM switching systems; Have Taken relevant AXE
Testing courses at Ericsson/Nokia ; Good command of written and
spoken communication skills; and good interpersonal skills within
the work environment.

Description:
Work extensively with OSS and FIOL terminals. Daily activities include
routine backups and dumps of system and TT data; administer and
analysis of exchange data (B-number table, Routing data, software
blocks, inter MSC handover data, etc); loading of correction package;
generating statistical reports using STS package & PMR tool;
alarm monitoring and take corrective actions; network performance
investigation using SPR, SPOS tools; identify the cause of poor
performance of the switching nodes; make recommendation for sustaining
network performance; documentation and report preparation for presentation
to technical managers and or Customers.
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering; 3 to 4 years experience with Ericsson
GSM network; hands-on O&M experience on Ericsson BSC/MSC/HLR/AUC/EIR;
and good Chinese speaking and communication skill: and good interpersonal
skills within the work environment.
